These Terms of Service and Payment regulate the basic principles and procedures between www.emigrantas.it, activities, company activity no. 647665, address Gėluvos g. 3, Kaunas (the "Service Provider"), and the customer (the "Service User").
By accepting that the Service Provider remotely manage the Service Provider's computer equipment, the Recipient acknowledges that he has read, understands and agrees to the terms set out below. Computer hardware can mean laptop, PC, server, tablet, mobile phone, networking equipment, printer, and more.
By ordering the Services provided by the Service Provider, the Service Provider agrees that the Service Provider, having received the Service Provider's permission, shall connect and operate the computer equipment and resolve the computer equipment failure under the service ordered or advise on possible remedies.
The Service Provider agrees that the Service Provider shall not be liable to the Service User or any third party for any changes, discontinuance or otherwise of the Service. Any problems arising from third-party software installed on the recipient's computer by the service provider, recipient or other third party.
The Recipient understands and agrees that prior to contacting or allowing the Provider to manage the Recipient's computer hardware, the Recipient is responsible for backing up data, software, information or other files stored on the Recipient's computer. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider shall in no event be liable for any loss or damage to the data and / or software.

Ordering services
   The problem begins only after payment for the service ordered has been received. When the recipient calls or wrote an e-mail. By email and explaining the problem to the Service Provider in detail, the Service Provider will provide information on how long it will take to resolve the existing problem and what payment plan to choose. Upon receipt of payment and permission from the Service Provider, the Service Provider will take all necessary measures to resolve the Service Computer, computer network, printer or other IT malfunctions of the Services ordered. Upon completion of troubleshooting, the Contractor will explain how the problem was resolved and ask the Recipient to verify and confirm that the problem has been resolved in accordance with the service ordered.

Payment methods
The Service Recipient can order services on the Site in the most convenient way:

  • Payment by wire transfer;
  • Bank card payment collection
  • Electronic banking (bank link service);
  • Paying with Paypal;

A service is considered ordered when the relevant amount is credited to the Contractor's bank account.

Refund
If the Contractor fails to resolve the issue, the amount paid for the service ordered shall be refunded to the Contractor's account on the same business day. A recurring problem is solved for 30 calendar days for free. If the recurring problem is not resolved within this time, the paid sum for the ordered service shall be refunded to the Recipient within 14 business days. However, if a recurring problem arises and the Service Provider determines that it is caused by the Service User's negligence or misuse of computer equipment, the Service User is not liable and the 30-day warranty is void.

Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising during the performance of the contract shall be settled by negotiations between the parties by means of appropriate legal acts or, in case of failure to reach agreement, according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
